The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Beach/pool towels are provided. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Air conditioning is not available. Parties are forbidden. There is an alarm with security cameras in the living room. It is deactivated during the guests' stay.
