Our villa is set in a beautiful residential area, enjoying lovely views of the ocean and Mount Teide, and offers a peaceful setting designed for rest and relaxation. To help maintain this special atmosphere for both our guests and our neighbours, we kindly ask that the residential surroundings are respected at all times. Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM onwards. Loud parties, events and late-night gatherings are not permitted. At the same time, we want guests to feel comfortable and at ease during the day — normal enjoyment of the house, garden and pool, including conversation, laughter, children playing and the natural sounds of holiday life, is absolutely welcome. We simply ask that noise levels are kept low at night out of consideration for the surrounding neighbourhood. Please note that additional charges may apply in cases of damage, breakage, excessive mess, or where extra cleaning is required beyond normal use. At the entrance to the property there is a protected Canary Island palm tree, which naturally sheds dates during the season. Despite regular and careful cleaning, some fruit may reappear within a few hours in a section of the garden located away from the pool and main relaxation area. For your own safety, please take care when walking in this area, as the fruit and pits may be slippery. During periods of strong wind or other adverse weather conditions, we kindly ask guests to exercise extra caution in all outdoor areas, as palm fronds or loose objects moved by the wind may pose a risk. For safety reasons, glass is not permitted in the pool area.
