This appartment was renewed and refurbished recently for being adapted to the regulations of the Junta de Andalucía for tourist housing. It has all the equipment and amenities to make your stay in Nerja, as if you were in your own home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave and so on. We provide sheets, towels, hair dryer at your arrival. The accommodation has abundant natural light and a terrace with views to the Sierra where you can watch the sunrise and the moon, ideal to relax while enjoying the fresh air or reading a book. From June 1 to September 30, you can enjoy a great pool. It has air-conditioner with heat pump in every rooms. Easy parking in the surroundings and in addition Parking reserved for residents (limited places). It has Wi-Fi (fiber optic) connection and both Spanish and most european TV channels (UK, France, Deutschland, Scandinavian,....) Special price for long term stay (low season November - April). Ask for a custom price.

The apartment is located next to the way to Burriana beach, in a very quiet neighborhood with all the amenities at hand. The city-center and the Balcón de Europa, is placed in at 15-minutes-walking. In the surroundings you will find several supermarkets (with UK foods), the local health center, a pharmacy, a sport center (tennis and athletics courts), a children's area. Definitely the area is friendly parking, so traveling by car is not any problem.
