Beautiful house in a very quiet rural location. A large terrace offers possibilities to relax, sunbathe, swim in the pool, party, enjoy the sea view. The house is fully equipped, you will want for nothing.
Access: A7 motorway, exit 960, from here drive through Los Puertas to Los Morales. The Cañada Paez country house is located on a hill. Coordinates: 36.734176, -4.182932. The access road is concrete and goes uphill. Once at the top, you are in a beautiful place, quiet and with a magnificent view.
The house "Cañada Paez" is located in the countryside in Benajarafe, about 2 km from the beaches. So you can enjoy the summer with the fresh sea breeze. Torre del Mar is the nearest town. Here you will find good restaurants, bars and shops. The beach of Torre del Mar is very interesting because of its beautiful promenade and sports facilities.
