Hi! I'm Jose, professional photographer and owner of Casa Babel Monfrague and Extremadura Wildlife. Currently I combine my work as a photographer with the management and direction of Casa Babel and guiding tours for birdwatching in Extremadura.
Casa Babel is a rural accommodation for birders and nature lovers located on the gateway of Monfragüe National Park. A superb base for birdwatchers and nature lovers surrounded by some of the best preserved ecosystem of Extremadura: "dehesas", plains, wetlands, forests, rivers and mountains, where is possible to watch the 360 bird species who has been recorded in 2012 in Extremadura, 196 of which are breeding species.
