The 250 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 20 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This property features a private outdoor area complete with a pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. For bookings of over 15 guests, access to a terraced annex building is available. 10 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that, in case of electricity overconsumption (over 30 kW per day), a fee per kW will apply.
