Property info

The rural house Tío Moreno CR-AV-1279 has three floors located in the center of Adrada, cared for in great detail, old style. It is located in a spectacular tourist area of the Valle del Tiétar and the Castle of La Adrada where gastronomic activities and nature is the best option. It has optimal capacity for 5 people, it has an equipped kitchen, living room, television, two bathrooms with small traditional bathtubs and parking on Calle Larga, with which it is on the semi-corner. 5. PETS. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation; cats and any other pets are not allowed (we are highly allergic). We require a deposit of 75 euros per dog and an additional cleaning fee of 15 euros, since, at a minimum, all household linens must be washed and dis-infected (beds and sofas) and an extra disinfection treatment must be carried out on all surfaces. The deposit ensures that, upon your departure, no one will notice that a dog has been in the house: it must not disturb the neighbors, climb on beds or sofas, or leave hair anywhere except on the floor. - Dogs may not be left alone in the accommodation. - Dogs may not be washed in the accommodation and you may not use the towels or any household linen on the dog. - Dogs must not be off-leash in communal areas, near other guests, or present in communal areas if there is another guest who is disturbed by their presence. The procedure for the deposit is explained in Clause 11. Any additional intervention required for the reasons mentioned above will result in the full retention of the deposit. CLEANING - The client will leave the accommodation with the normal dirt after a neat use or will pay an extra cleaning after departure.
