The house offers 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a living-dining room, and a lovely interior patio. It’s an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a peaceful stay near the sea. The highlight is the spacious private rooftop terrace—a beautiful outdoor area perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle: barbecue, table with 6 chairs, chill-out area, toilet, and views of the sea and mountains. Before reaching the terrace, there’s a lounge/games area ideal for relaxing, reading, or spending time together. Please note: the terrace has a low wall, so extra caution is required, especially if you’re traveling with children. Children must always be supervised in this area. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. The house sits in an elevated part of the village and is not directly accessible by car, so you’ll need to climb several stairs to reach it.
