This charming century-old house is located in the heart of Cadaqués, just a short walk from the old town, the beach and the seafront promenade. With capacity for up to 8 guests, it combines traditional architecture with generous living spaces and an authentic Mediterranean village atmosphere. Built in traditional Cadaqués style with stone walls and original architectural details, the house is distributed across three floors. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: double bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: double bed and one single bed, en-suite bathroom and small private balcony. Bedroom 3: three single beds, en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace. In total, the house offers four bathrooms with showers, three of them en suite. All are equipped with basic toiletries and a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (small capsules) and a traditional Italian moka pot. The indoor dining table comfortably seats eight guests. One of the most special features of the house is its private patio, a rare feature in the centre of Cadaqués. It includes outdoor seating, sun loungers and a portable barbecue with firewood. As with many traditional stone houses in the historic centre of Cadaqués, the property retains the natural characteristics of this type of construction. At certain times of the year, you may notice a slight scent associated with the natural humidity of the stone walls. To maximise comfort, the house is equipped with a permanent dehumidification system. For year-round comfort, the main rooms are equipped with air conditioning with heat pump, and the living room features a fireplace with wood available. The property also includes two private parking spaces located next to the house, a true luxury in the centre of the village.

With typical Cadaqués-style architecture, built in stone and true to the village's character, the house is centrally located, just steps away from essential shops —supermarket, bakery, etc. It’s located at the entrance of the old town and only 30 metres from the iconic church of Cadaqués. In addition, the Cadaqués Museum is literally next door, and the beach is just a 4-minute walk away. Access is easy, and you can drive right up to the house, with parking available.
