As soon as you arrive, you will feel the extraordinary Mediterranean atmosphere as you enter the interior of this magnificent villa through the large double doors. The centrepiece, the 100 square metre living room with sofas, dining area, fireplace and its pillared arches and high ceiling, is sure to impress you. Breathtakingly beautiful and expansive views over the surrounding countryside with its wonderful nature, olive groves and orange plantations can be enjoyed from the large terrace, of which there are three. The icing on the cake is the private pool - enjoy the peace and absolute privacy while you swim and let your gaze wander into the distance. A holiday in a class of its own awaits you.

Lora del Río is a municipality in the Spanish province of Seville - about 60 kilometres from the city of Seville. The centre offers a beautiful old town with Mediterranean flair, many restaurants, tapas bars, charming cafés, several supermarkets, a weekly market, many small shops and churches. There is also a large nature and leisure park in the immediate vicinity of the house, which is ideal for hiking, cycling and sporting activities in the shade of the pine trees. An impressive reservoir about 12 kilometres from the chalet - in the middle of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla nature park - is ideal for swimming, fishing or hiking.
