Property info

Charming Eco-friendly 2-bedroom apartment located in Birdie Club one of east Marbella's most highly sought-after and popular golf complexes and beaches. Has direct access to the saltwater pool with a lifeguard and a children's pool for the little ones. The complex is just five minutes outside the center of Marbella, within walking distance of the beach where the famous restaurant Trocadero arena is located, with a maritime promenade connecting to the center of Marbella. The just renovated south-oriented ground floor spacious apartment has two bedrooms, one of them ensuite and a second bedroom with exterior bedroom, two good sized terraces on each side of the property one of them has direct access to the salted community pool.

Neighborhood info

Quiet residential area. Close to the beach and the golf course. Just 5 minute drive from the center of Marbella with the possibility to reach also on foot along the beach using the promenade. To move around you have several options: 1) Bike, thanks to the promenade that reaches Puerto Banus, is 25 minutes by bike from the center of Marbella where you will find all kinds of restaurants and stores. If you need help renting a bike we will be happy to help you. 2) Walking is 3 km along the seafront promenade from the center of Marbella with a very lovely promenade overlooking the sea, you also have the golf course and the beach just 6 minute walk. On the beach, you can rent paddle surfboards or enjoy a nice meal at the Trocadero Arena restaurant. 3) The other option is to travel by bus, the nearest bus stop is a 6-minute walk away. 4) You can also move by car, you have a parking area at the property's door and the option to rent an indoor garage inside the urbanization.
