This apartment is ideal for a stay in Madrid if you're looking for a quiet area, well connected, and with all services close at hand. It is located in a residential complex with a swimming pool and a parking space, making it a comfortable and functional option. It features a cozy bedroom, a spacious sofa bed in the living room, and a full bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The space is fully furnished and tastefully decorated, designed to make you feel at home from the very first day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, cookware, and utensils. It also includes air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels, and basic toiletries are provided so you can settle in comfortably right from the start. A practical, well-equipped home – perfect for making Madrid your temporary residence. THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN FROM MID-JUNE TO MID-SEPTEMBER, FROM 12:00 PM TO 9:00 PM DAILY.
The Pinar de Chamartín neighborhood is located less than 15 minutes by car from Madrid Barajas Airport, which makes it an ideal place to stay if you need to be close to the airport or are a worker there. The apartment is next to the M30 with a direct exit to move around the city and its periphery.
