Chez Pacha is a comfortable duplex apartment located in the very heart of Cadaqués, ideal for families or small groups of up to five guests looking for a practical and well-located base close to the beach and village life. Situated just a two-minute walk from the seafront, the apartment allows guests to enjoy Cadaqués entirely on foot. Beaches, restaurants, shops and everyday essentials are all within easy walking distance, making it an excellent option for a relaxed stay without needing to use the car once parked. The apartment is arranged over two levels and is located on the ground floor of a small residential building. Please note that although access is at street level, there are two steps down when entering the property. Layout: - Ground floor: open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, plus a guest bathroom with toilet and bidet. - Upper floor: two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, and a separate utility / laundry room (this room is not used for sleeping). Sleeping arrangements: - One bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. - One bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a double bed on the lower level and a single bed above. For comfort reasons, the maximum occupancy is five guests. The apartment includes two bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and basic toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a large double-door fridge with separate freezer. The round dining table comfortably seats up to six guests. For year-round comfort, the apartment offers air conditioning with heat pump on the ground floor and in the main bedroom, electric radiators throughout the property, and a ceiling fan in the second bedroom. Please note that the fireplace is not usable. Due to its central location on Carrer Miranda, some street noise — particularly from motorbikes — can occasionally be noticeable during the day, which is typical in central areas of Cadaqués.

Chez Pacha is located in one of the most vibrant and well-positioned areas of Cadaqués, offering a lively yet relaxed atmosphere that perfectly reflects the character of the village. The neighbourhood is central and convenient, with a wide selection of excellent restaurants just around the corner, including well-known local favourites such as Gula and Enoteca MF. For something sweet, iconic ice cream parlours like Joia and Sa Gelatería are also nearby. Just a short walk away is Carrer Hort d’en Sanés, a charming street known for its concentration of local art galleries, including those of artists such as Patrick Domken and Huc Malla, highlighting Cadaqués’ strong artistic identity. For guests interested in the sea, the Cadaqués Diving Center is located only one minute away, offering easy access to diving and snorkelling in the area’s crystal-clear waters. Despite being located in a central and active part of the village, the neighbourhood maintains a balanced atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy the energy of Cadaqués while still having a comfortable place to relax.
