We enjoy more our drinks on the terace viewing the sunset so we decided to call the property based on this special moment for us. The property is 200 meters to the sea shore. Right in front of the propery there is a tiny beach in an alcove which you will love if you appreciate the intimate feeling of being alone on your (almost) private beach. And 10 minutes walk to the East side there is a wide beach with bars and teraces. Chilches Sunset beach is a Chalet Adosado - which means a duplex back to back to another identical property. It is brand new, with a modern cubism arhitecture, and decorated in minimalist scandinavian style. The house has 2 floors: on the first floor there is a generous living room and dining with an open kitchen that allows the family to spend time together all day long. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is a study (with a sofa bed) and equiped for working with a surreal view over palmtrees straight to the see. The generous terace on top is 50sqm and allows one to view the sunset and enjoy an aperitive. Equipped with all necessary amenities, the house offers everyting that you need for a perfect stay. It is truly a relaxing residence for either a short or medium term vacation (minimum 2 nights required) or enjoy remote working combined with the relaxation by the Mediteranean see during a long term stay (up to maximum 45 days). The neighbourhood is a new and elegant Residence Compound over a hill overlooking the sea. The common areas include a Social Club for sports (padel etc) , a large Swimmingpool for adults and a smaller Swimming pool for babies. Our house is in the first row to the swimming pool, with a view over the swimming poll from our front garden, the living room and kitchen on the ground floor as well as from the office space on the first floor. This means you can have a meal or relax in the garden, relax in the living room or cook in the kitchen or even work on the first floor - while children play in the common areas by the swimming pool and you have full visibility over the children, which is very convenient.
