The property was recently renovated and decorated with lots of love! It contains all the needed facilities in order to make your holiday an amazing one. We tried to create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at ease. Most furniture is totally new, while we still wanted to keep some vintage Spanish details to make it local. Warm colors were picked so that it reflects calmness.

We are an international couple from The Netherlands and Spain, Nerja. As we are very social, caring and interested people, we care about our guests and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are always open to receive feedback as we think that is one of the best ways to grow. We love hosting as we give other the opportunity to explore this beautiful town that has so much to offer!

The neighborhood is really nice. The people living in the same building are open-minded and kind to each other. The apartment is located very close to Burriana Beach, which makes it easy to go to the beach. Nevertheless, there is also a pool if you prefer a day at home! A supermarket, Carrefour Market, is located very close to the apartment in Ctra. Málaga-Almeria, only 5 minutes away, walking distance. In addition, the market (also called flea market) takes place every Sunday from 08:00-14:00 at Calle Mirto which is not even 5 minutes walking distance. They have clothes, shoes, decoration, jewellery and more! Regarding the beaches in Nerja, Burriana is the most popular beach, as it is a very long one and contains many 'chiringuitos' (beach restaurants). 'El Barco' is recommended restaurant to eat at, as it has delicious fish dishes and paella. It is always busy, so make sure to reserve or take into account that you may have to wait 15 min to get a table. Burriana also offers many activities, such as kayaking, supping and parasailing. There are kayak tours or you can rent your own kayak! Other beaches, such as Playa Carabeillo and Playa Chorillo are also very nice and located close to the centre. Make sure to go there early, as these are smaller beaches and very busy in summer. When staying in Nerja, a car is not necessary. The centre is within 15 minutes walking distance. The centre has many nice bars, restaurants and ice cream places, as well as the beautiful Balcón de Europa and two small beaches. If you would like to visit the Caves of Nerja (las Cuevas de Nerja), it is possible to take a taxi or the local bus. Taxi's are not expensive and there are many in Nerja. Visiting Frigiliana is also recommended, as this is a beautiful white town located close to Nerja. A local bus drops you off in Frigiliana, and then you should walk 5 min to get into the old town. Other cities such as Granada and Málaga can be visited by taking the bigger buses, called 'Alsa'.
