Company info

We are a Swedish-owned, family-run company based in beautiful Santa Pola. The hosting team consists of Dennis (son), Monica (mother), and Malkolm (father). We are available 24/7 during your stay. Your primary contact will be Dennis, who speaks Spanish, English, and Swedish. When it´s time to do the check-in one of us will be outside of the apartment to help you in and show you the property.

Property info

Guests have full access to the entire house and may use it as if it were their own home. All areas and amenities are available for your use, except for some areas marked private. Outside the property, there is space to park one car in front of the garage driveway. Please note that there are a few locked areas in the property. These are for the private use of the property owners only. All other areas and items are available for guests. The area around the villa offers excellent opportunities for cycling, hiking, and running all year round. You’ll find coastal trails and natural reserves with varied terrain, perfect for outdoor activities, morning walks, and exercise. Within very short walking distance from the house is Masa Square, a lively area with bars and restaurants, often featuring live music and a great atmosphere. The well-known Carabassí Beach is just a 10-minute drive away or around a 40-minute walk. The beach is famous for its natural dunes and clear waters. From the nearby town of Santa Pola, we highly recommend a boat trip to Tabarca Island, known for its crystal-clear waters
