It's a beautiful holiday home in one of the best resorts in the area, closest to the beach. You have a choice of 4 swimming pools (very safe with life guards), tennis courts, restaurants, a small shop on site with supermarket in walking distance. The resort is land­scaped with little Piazzas. On the edge of the resort is a natural reserve for those that love walking and cycling. You have regular buses to Alicante and Santa Pola marina. We can pick you up at airport.. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with balcony upstairs, a newly installed bathroom equipped with walk in shower. There is a separate W.C. with wash hand basin downstairs. It has separate living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is always cleaned to a very high standard. The property has a front terrace with table and chairs and is very comfortable. It also has TV and WiFi. Solariums are on the upper floor. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as basic items: tea, coffee, shampoo, etc. There are shops and bars locally which offer a variety of entertainment most evenings The urbanisation is a closed area where cars do not enter and children can play with all tranquilility.

I truly want to offer Guests a great experience in my holiday home. Feedback so far has been great and I value any comments so as I can improvements. I provide small basic items that help facilitate your stay: beach towels, shampoo, toilet roll, coffee. In addition you have a small shop that has basic goods including fresh bread and baguettes. I can arrange for you to be picked up from the Airport and it works well as the lady can show you around and ensure you have everything you need. Professionally I am very lucky as my job is something I am very passionate about - a Pilates instructor. It allows me to meet great people whilst supporting or encouraging them back into good health. We love Spain and love our grand children so it is a great way to spend time with them. Costa Hispania is fantastic for kids as it has lots to offer and is very secure.

The property has security gates that can be accessed from ave de Carabassi or Ave de Polonia. Costa Hispania is one of the closest urbanisations to the beach in Gran Alacant you will have about a 5-10 minute walk. Cafes, bars & restaurants are within 500m, likewise a mini market. If you are without a car simply take the tourist land train or the circular route bus, there is a stop just outside Costa Hispania. Bus stops to both Santa Pola with a beautiful marina or the old town of Alicante is facing the beach. Santa Pola: A great destination for practising water sports such as surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddle, sailing and kite surfing. This is also a popular beach for swimming or snorkelling to see the interesting quality of fish in the waters.
