Discover this cozy 150 m² country house, located in a peaceful setting just minutes from Loja, perfect for families and groups looking to disconnect surrounded by nature without sacrificing comfort. The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, another with a 135 cm bed and ensuite bathroom, and a third with four single beds. It also has an additional indoor bathroom and an outdoor bathroom by the pool, ideal for summer days. The living room offers a fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee machines, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside, you can enjoy a private saltwater pool, a spacious 60 m² terrace, a garden, a gas and charcoal barbecue, outdoor furniture, and private parking within the property. The house also features mosquito nets, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, an alarm system (disabled during your stay), and a cot and highchair available upon request. Its excellent location allows for easy visits to Loja, Granada, Antequera, the Iznájar Reservoir, Sierra Nevada mountains, and the beaches of Málaga, with good road, AVE high-speed train, and airport connections. Pets are not allowed. We provide bed linen, towels, and a cot or highchair upon request at no extra cost. We also offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Booking conditions: a refundable security deposit is required, and parties and loud noises are not permitted during quiet hours. Travel insurance is recommended. Arrivals after 9:00 PM incur a surcharge.
