Property info

Modern luxury apartment in Dream Gardens, a small complex with only 40 units divided over 5 small blocks. The apartment comprises a bright and spacious open plan living/dining room, open kitchen, master bedroom en suite with dressing area, second bedroom en suite, two more bedrooms sharing a shower room and a utility room with guest toilet. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning hot and cold and there is under floor heating in all bathrooms. Large southwest facing terrace with outdoor shower and gate to access pool area. Communal facilities include a large outdoor pool, children’s pool, chill out area, gym and kids playroom. Wi-Fi, flat screen TV’s in all rooms with Google Chromecast, underground parking for one car. All amenities are within walking distance: Aldi (200 m) and Carrefour supermarkets (280 m), La Noria Golf (360 m) and only 500 meter to the village of La Cala de Mijas and its superb beaches.
