The space is distributed as follows: Once you enter the house through the main gate, you will find a large porch that has a bench where you can contemplate part of the island and the sea. Upon entering the house, you will find the cozy living room with a sofa, a small table, a fireplace and Smart TV. To the left you will see a dining table with four seats and, in the background, the kitchen with all the necessary utensils so you can cook your own menu. The house has three bedrooms: two beautiful and rustic rooms with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and one room with a bunk bed, nightstand and built-in wardrobe. In this same room you will find a fully equipped bathroom and a sink, which also has a laundry area. The house is located within a beautiful and spacious ecological property with large gardens. To access the rest of the areas, next to the main gate there is a staircase through which you can reach the greenest area of ​​this beautiful property. This entire environment has a rural and cozy touch that adds essence and a lot of value to the space. When walking through these areas, you can see many trees, many of them fruit trees. In addition, it has certain locations where you can store firewood that you can use to give more flavor to your dishes in the magnificent barbecue it offers. It is an ideal area to enjoy a picnic, play sports, read in the shade of the trees, or simply enjoy the peace that this place transmits. In addition, it has the old water tank that has been renovated and decorated with rustic furnishings and a barbecue.

Las Medianías belongs to the upper area of ​​the municipality of La Orotava in which the Teide National Park is located, being the highest municipality and with the greatest slope on the entire island of Tenerife.
