It is an apartment with one bedroom and living room with a double sofa bed. The maximum capacity is 4 people. It is brand new and offers all the comforts. It is very bright and exterior. It is located in the Sierra Norte of Seville in an urbanization of the "Hato Verde golf", making it ideal for golfers. The golf club also has a gym, restaurant, tennis and paddle tennis courts. Lovers of outdoor sports such as horseback riding, mountain biking, tennis, yoga and hiking will find green routes where they can practice it, such as " La ruta del Agua". The accommodation has access to a sports club swimming pool in the summer season for a fee, as well as the activities of the Golf Club for a fee. The town, in walking distance is 5'. It has a bus stop at the entrance of the urbanization that drops you off in the city center, at the Plaza de Armas Bus Station. By car on the E803-A66 you reach the center of Seville in 20 minutes. It is so close to Seville that it has the advantages of sleeping in the countryside and experiencing the hustle and bustle of the city.
