El Marizal 2 is a rural house located at the foot of the Sueve mountain range, about 7 km from the center of Arriondas and 12 km from Playa de La Vega. Its strategic location offers a wide variety of museum visits, including the Jurassic Museum, the Mining Museum, the Cider Museum, among others. This unique setting provides the perfect backdrop to disconnect and enjoy the active tourism that characterizes eastern Asturias. The house, spread over two floors, has a capacity for 4 people. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a small third bedroom in case someone joins the plan, and a full bathroom. The living room, with a sofa, offers beautiful mountain views. The house is heated with electric radiators. The outdoor area is open and easily accessible, with parking next to the house and a barbecue area equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the impressive views in the company of family, friends, and, of course, pets. IMPORTANT: By confirming your reservation, the guest agrees that all occupants must register and complete all required information in the online check-in before arrival; otherwise, access to the property will be denied. This procedure is mandatory according to Royal Decree 933/2021, effective from December 1, 2024.
