We all provide a personal touch to El Palmeral de Madaria, this touch will make your stay unique.

El Palmeral de Madaria is a compound of 13 illuminated apartments with outdoor terrace. You can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a breathtaking palm garden with more than 60 palm species. , a hot tub in the palm garden, a gym with a finnish sauna, a BBQ under the pine trees and a wooden house on the trees and a jumping tram for the kids. You can relax, go for a drink or some eating at our 200m rooftop terrace over the palm garden.

Neighborhood info

We are located in a quite peaceful and green area excellent connected to the city centre (bus stop just 400m away). There is a big supermarket (Alcampo) just 500m away. This supermarket is surrounded by a wide range of trendy decoration stores such as Casa, Jysk and Maison du Monde. There are many restaurants nearby: a delicious German sausage stand next to Media Markt , a nice Argentinian restaurant (Ombú) 7min walk away, a nice Paella restaurant (El Sorell) next to Ombú and El Fado, a portuguese restaurant cooking fish and meat on the grill. You will also find a couple of convenient fast food (Mcdonlad's and Burguer King) just 400m away. Gran Vía shopping mall is just 10 min walk from our place with a wide range of shops and restaurants. There is a taxi rank just opposite the main gate. You will find a wide choice of restaurants and bars in Avenida Pintor Xavier Soler (just in front of Gran Vía).
