Located just a few minutes from the coast and close to all essential services, it combines comfort, functionality, and an excellent location. The property features a private terrace and private parking within the building, making it a perfect choice for enjoying Tenerife. Situated on the second floor of a building with a lift, this bright apartment offers an open-plan living and dining area with a fully integrated kitchen, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and dining table, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the island. The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, making it suitable for both adults and children. The bathroom includes a shower and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The living room opens onto a private terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and an awning, providing the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast outdoors or relax in the pleasant climate. The building also offers private parking within the complex, although spaces are not assigned. Located in Candelaria, one of Tenerife's most popular towns, the apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and walking areas, while also providing easy access to beaches and many of the island's main attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, extractor hood, and all necessary kitchenware. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and high-speed 600 Mbps fibre-optic WiFi. The building’s swimming pool is currently undergoing renovation until further notice. From September onwards, improvement works will be carried out on the building’s roof, which may cause occasional noise disturbance during the day.

Candelaria is one of Tenerife’s most emblematic coastal towns, renowned for its seafront promenade, volcanic-sand beaches and traditional Canarian atmosphere. The town is home to the famous Basilica of Our Lady of Candelaria, an important pilgrimage site and one of the island’s main cultural landmarks. Visitors can stroll through the historic centre, enjoy local restaurants overlooking the sea or relax on beaches such as Playa de la Arena. Thanks to its strategic location on Tenerife’s east coast, Candelaria offers excellent connections to other parts of the island. Santa Cruz de Tenerife can be reached in around 20 minutes by car, while the TF-1 motorway provides easy access to the south of the island, including popular destinations such as Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. Regular bus services also connect the town with the island’s main cities and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Tenerife.
