The penthouse has a new fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge; washing machine and clothesline; living room with sitting area and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms with shower. 2 large flat screen TVs with Android TV to enjoy all streaming services and national and international pay TV in the living room and master bedroom. You will enjoy 3 terraces. The main terrace is 80m2 with sea and mountain views equipped with table, 8 chairs, 5 sofas, large worktop with sink, shower, electric barbecue and side tables and 2 sun loungers to enjoy the scenery. The other two terraces are perfect for eating, reading, listening to music, practising yoga while looking at the sea or listening to music. We have a high chair, travel cot, bathtub and games for the little ones. Covered parking 25m from the building is included in the price. Cleaning before and after your stay is included. Bed linen, bath and beach towels and kitchen towels are included. Torrox is in a privileged location within the province of Malaga with one of the best climates in Europe, allowing you to explore both the city of Malaga and all the nearby towns of Nerja, Frigiliana, Salobreña, etc. and enjoy the excellent services in this area of the Costa del Sol. Nearby you can go hiking, cycling, yoga and fishing. Cala Chica beach is 2.6 km from the flat. Sierra Nevada, ideal for skiing and winter sports is 1.5 hours drive away. Torrox offers its visitors all kinds of facilities, numerous bars and restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and activities for young and not so young. Torrox is also famous for having the best climate in Europe! The nearest airport is Malaga airport, located 60 km from our penthouse.
