The house is equipped with many sun terraces and balconies that offer fantastic views of the sea and the harbour of Portocolom. The extremely beautiful pool is integrated into the house and has a fence to protect any small children travelling with you. It also serves as security to ensure privacy and cosiness. A sun terrace and the adjoining sunbathing lawn invite you to relax and sunbathe on one of the comfortable deckchairs. Two parasols are available in case the sun is too strong. The terrace right by the pool offers breezy shade at any time of day and a modern dining table from which you can only gaze in wonder at the marvellous panorama that lies directly in front of you. Either way, it's a pleasure to start the day in the morning light or marvel at the twinkling lights of the harbour at night. Situated right on the corner and strategically positioned on the course of the sun is the marvellous lounge area, where you can relax and enjoy the magic of this place to your heart's content. The predominantly white colour gives the surroundings an exquisite design and at the same time forms a great contrast to the deep blue sky and the sea. The building extends over two floors and covers a total area of around 270 square metres. The numerous windows and the almost exclusively light colours flood the house with sunlight and radiate an all-round extravagant aura.
