About the Property: Our property is situated 600m above sea level between vineyards and close to typical Canarian country houses, situated on the rooftop of our family home. While staying at our property, the use of a personal or rental car is needed to fully explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the local attractions. You are welcome to come and also work remotely from our apartment - when requested, we will provide a small desk to use as work table (suitable for laptop) and extra monitor (only in the apartment when requested). There is no bus connection to the property! We have a 100% non-smoking property. View of Mt. Teide and San Antonio mountains from rooftop terrasse. Entrance to the apartment is via stairs. Get a taste of a real authentic Canarias countryside living with harmonious chirping of birds and farm animal sounds from neighborhood. Only people who have booked the apartment (2 people) are allowed to be on premises for security reasons. For safety reasons, guests may not bring any gas powered or electricity powered appliances into the property (paella cooking pan/burner, grill etc).

About the Neighborhood: Our hillside neighborhood not only promises serenity but also offers spectacular views of the majestic Mt. Teide. The towering peak dominates the landscape, providing a stunning backdrop that adds a touch of grandeur to everyday life. Walking distance to several guachinches, closest in 200m (A guachinche is a typical Canary Island establishment, more widely spread on the island of Tenerife and to a lesser extent in Gran Canaria, where a locally produced wine is served accompanied by homemade traditional food).
