The accommodation has a single room with a 135 cm double bed, sofa, flat screen TV, air conditioning, fan, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, dolce gusto coffee maker, microwave, induction hob. It offers a seasonal community pool (June-September, Subject to availability), free WI-FI connection, three elevators, and free public parking in the surrounding area. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the establishment.
