The finca 'CASA LUZ SOLAR' is located in an urbanization near the Cala Santanyi, only 15 minutes walk or 1.1 km by car to the beach, the beautiful Cala Santanyi. You drive only three kilometers to the charming town of Santanyi. Your finca has a quiet, perfect location, not far from the beautiful bay of Cala Santanyi, you can do this via a small path in about 15 - 20 minutes. reach on foot (ca. 1000m). Then they reach the beach, the Cala Santanyi with restaurants and cafes. There is also a small supermarket nearby. Whether during the day at sunset, from the roof terrace with a view of the sea in the distance, or completely relaxed by the pool, you can let your mind wander, enjoy with friends or play with your children. Your finca is framed in opaque pink blooming oleanders and adjacent to the terrace there is a private, illuminated pool in the evening with plenty of relaxation loungers and parasols. Your finca has the ideal location for your vacation, supermarket, various restaurants, nice shops, markets and numerous activities are nearby. Your vacation home is a deal to relax.

Your finca has the ideal location for your vacation, supermarket, various restaurants and nice shops and numerous activities are nearby, it is only 3 km from the charming town of Santanyi (market on Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 ), 5 km from the romantic yet lively fishing port of Cala Figuera. Your holiday home is located in the small town of Son Mogér and is ideal for relaxing or for an active holiday (e.g. water sports, snorkeling, hiking, cycling). A rental car is recommended. It is only about 5 minutes by car. to the magical town of Santanyi, to the large supermarkets (Lidl, etc.) or to shopping to the numerous shops. There are many wonderful bays (calas) nearby and can be reached in a few minutes by car. The beautiful Cala S'Amarador (approx. 10 minutes away), there are 2 bays connected by a path. The second bay is Cala Mondrago, to which you can also swim, the water is crystal clear, there are numerous boats and yachts in both bays. The beach is big. An insider tip is the very small bay of Cala de Moro (approx. 10 minutes away) and also the Cala de s'Àguila, both of which are wonderful. The Cala de Moro is beautiful, the beach is very small.
