Spacious apartment in the center of Alicante. On 120 sqm the apartment with its three beautiful bedrooms with its own balcony offers space for six people. Despite the central location, the apartment is located on a very quiet side street. Shopping, eating out or just going to the café is possible in immediate vicinity. You can walk to the historic old town in 5 minutes, to the beach or the harbor promenade in 15 minutes. Discover Alicante by day and night! The very large living room with 40 SQM offers plenty of space to rest. The fully equipped holiday kitchen offers everything necessary for cooking. Coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a gas stove with electric oven are available. The dining area is located next to the kitchen in the living room. The apartment is renovated and has fast internet, air conditioning and a large screen TV. You can reach the third floor comfortably by elevator. With the door intercom system you can also see on a screen who wants to visit. On the balcony to the yard you can dry your towels and laundry well. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The fans on the bedroom ceilings are very quiet and comfortable.
Alicante is a small city. It has everything that makes a big city and is pleasantly small and clear. At any time of the year, there are cultural, culinary and other leisure activities. The apartment itself is so central that you do not need a car, except, you also want to explore the wider area of Alicante mobile. The restaurants, bars and cafes extend from the apartment, through the entire center, through the historic old town down to the harbor. Shopping miles also start right outside the door. The main advantage of this apartment is that it is located nevertheless very quiet in a small side street. Due to the height of the third floor, it is quite quiet and bright. For the beach fans: The very nice and long city beach is about 12 minutes walk to reach.
