The stunning rural home “Finca Colica” is located in Cómpeta and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The spacious property, which stretches over 2 floors, is the perfect accommodation for those seeking a relaxed holiday. The finca consists of a living room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet next to the pool and can therefore accommodate 16 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a fireplace, a television, a foosball table, a baby cot and a highchair. There is also a baby bathtub, a changer and a crib, which are available upon request (please contact the homeowner before arrival). In your private outdoor area you will find 2 terraces (open and covered), a furnished veranda, a pool, an outdoor shower, 2 barbecues, a wood stove and a table tennis table. The spacious, covered terrace, invites you to unwind on the comfortable seating with a good book while you overlook the Mediterranean garden and backdrop of rolling hills. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine outside in the fresh air and watch as the sun disappears behind the horizon. In a 13-minute drive you will reach the centre of Cómpeta and a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Here you will also find the closest supermarket. The beautiful coast with its multitude of beaches awaits your visit just 17 km away. Take a trip to Playa El Peñoncillo beach in Torrox, which can be reached by car in 32 minutes. Here you can relax on the soft sand and swim in the deep blue sea. Málaga city is located a 73-minute drive from the property (60.2 km) where you can visit the famous sights, spend the day shopping or relax on the city beach, La Malagueta. Parking spaces are available on the property - there is a spacious parking area. Maximum 3, small, well-behaved pets are allowed. Please take into account that there will be an extra charge for damage caused by pets.
