Enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by nature at "Finca Las Nuevas Casa Sofia". The charming vacation home welcomes you in the Andalusian municipality of Álora in southern Spain. The converted hay barn is 20m² in size and consists of a living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. On one side of the house there is a small furnished terrace in the shade of an ancient carob tree. On the other side, from the living room you can access a balcony, also furnished, with a view of the garden and the surrounding mountain landscape. Here you can relax with a good book, eat together or enjoy the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine. In the shared outdoor area of the complex, which includes 5 houses of one owner, you will also have access to a large pool, a Jacuzzi and another large terrace with seating and outdoor barbecue. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The hot tub can be used from October to March for a fee. A washer and dryer are also available for a fee. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The center of Álora, where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and stores, can be reached by car in about half an hour (10km). The nearest supermarket is a 23-minute drive (8.8km) from the accommodation. To the nearest beach (Guadalmar Beach) it is about 48 minutes drive (36km).
