The apartment which recently has had a renovation by author and counts with all appliances you may need during your stay, fully furnish kitchen including washing machine, microwave, toaster, boiler. mixer and an awesome hydro-massage sofa were to sit and relax even more!! The building counts with a doorman and the apartment has its own private garage for an exclusive use of the tenant. In the surroundings of the building you will find good and affordable restaurants, bakeries, markets and pubs. The person in charge can be contacted during your whole stay for any question or inconvenient you may have. Just in front of the building, cross the road, there is Tram station that will take you to the city centre and port plus other destinations following the Alicantin Cost as San Juan, el Campello, Benidorm... Also in front of the building there is 2 Bus stations with 2 different lines ... The person in charge can be contacted during your whole stay for any question or inconvenient you may have.

Neighborhood info

Historically this area served as the harbour for the Roman area called Lucentum and these ruins are available for you to visit them. Its name ´Albufereta´ comes from a previously existing ´albufera´ or small coastal lake that had its own harbour.
