The location of this accommodation is just uniquely awesome! Ideal for families or couples with friends who just want to spend a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The apartment was renovated in early 2023 into a bright, friendly and modern oasis of well-being that you will never want to leave again! With almost 110m², it is a comfortable size for up to 6 people. The centrepiece, the spacious living/dining area with a chill-out niche, has a fantastic view of the beach, palm trees and the sea! The three bedrooms, two of them with sea view, offer enough space for two people each and all have a large closet. Thanks to the two bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle, you will have no “traffic jam” in front of the doors 😉. Should there ever break something, the very nice and always helpful caretaker Jesus is happy to help. The in-house pool invites you to cool off quickly or to splash around with the little ones. The gorgeous beach is right on your doorstep! No (long) dragging of equipment and food necessary! Someone needs to go to the toilet? No problem! In 2 minutes you are in your own apartment, on your own toilet! That's worth “gold value”, especially with kids! The building is at the end of the seafront promenade and therefore there are NO bars or restaurants on the ground floor. Even the small one-way street has very little traffic. That means the apartment is very quiet! The bars and restaurants start only 50m further. You do NOT need a car! On request we offer a private taxi transfer from/to the airport for a really fair price. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation: shops, pharmacy, ATM, lots of bars and restaurants of all tastes, water sports (at least in summer), tram station (approx. 5-7 min. walk) to Alicante or to the north up to Dénia.

Our aim is to offer you and your family or friends an unforgettable holiday! We, that's Sonya (German) and Victor (Spanish). We live in Germany, Lower Franconia, have two wonderful teenagers (born 12/06 and 03/08) and a dog named Laika. Most of Victor's family lives near Alicante and therefore we knew the charm and advantages of the still very original small fishing village of El Campello. So the decision to buy an apartment there and offer it as a holiday home was an obvious one. In 2022 we finally found this dream apartment that met all of our requirements: Right on the beach, in a quiet location, no car necessary, with a pool and enough space for families - whether mom, dad, 2 small kids and grandparents or mom, dad and two teenagers who can no longer sleep together in a room without the mood being permanently underground (like with us at the moment 😉). Or just for a group of friends who just want to spend a chilled time out together in a relaxed atmosphere. When we took over the apartment at the end of 2022, it was completely dark brown with dusty furniture and decoration. So we renovated at the beginning of 2023 and made the apartment bright, friendly and modern - just like we would want a holiday apartment to be.
