We invite you to visit our website and our social media. ★ DREAM STUDIO with a LARGE TERRACE that offers one of the most spectacular views of Las Canteras Beach. ★ After a fabulous day at the beach, rest on the TERRACE, lie in one of its sun loungers and enjoy a lovely sunset with a 180º PANORAMIC VIEW over the Bay of Las Canteras. Thanks to its glass fronts, the terrace offers the best view even when you are lying down! ★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. In addition, there is an extendable table, very comfortable and spacious. ★ Do you work remotely? Ask us for a computer screen and an office chair, totally free. ★ The BEDROOM area has a large 150 cm bed, reading lamps, a 43-inch TV hanging on the wall with access to Amazon Prime (no access to German TV channels), and a good-size freestanding wardrobe. ★ This accommodation doesn't accept children under the age of 6. Baby cot or high chair are not provided. ★ The TERRACE offers unmatched views. It is spacious and features glass railings that visually expand the area. You'll find a couple of sun loungers, along with a small table and two chairs. Please note: SMOKING ON THE TERRACE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ★ Ideal for solo travelers, teleworkers, couples or families with a young child. ★ Located on the 3rd floor of a quiet 4-storey building, which has only 12 apartments. ONLY 20 METRES AWAY FROM THE BEACH! ★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

★ La PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best city beaches in the world. ★ Oriented to the northwest, the beach entertains its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets ever. It is more than 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast. ★ It is the perfect location for snorkeling, as ITS SEABED IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem. The water temperature does not drop below 19ºC in winter. ★ At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, we make available to our guests diving masks, umbrellas and beach chairs in all our apartments.
