We offer 3 options of renting the villa : 1. FULL villa - 7 bedrooms 2. Ground floor level - 4 bedrooms 3. Inferior floor level - 2 bedrooms Each floor level has its own private entrance, living room, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms. 🔴IMPORTANT🔴 THE SAUNA & FLOATING TANK CAN ONLY BE USED WHEN FULL VILLA IS RENTED ( PRIVACY REASONS ) 🔴Please Note About Sauna & Hot Tub Use🔴 Our home features both a relaxing outdoor hot tub and a cozy sauna for your enjoyment. Due to local electricity limitations in Tenerife, these two amenities cannot be used at the same time. This is common on the island, as there’s no gas supply and high-power appliances can overload the system. 🔴IMPORTANT🔴 There will be a dedicated team member residing in an adjacent space to the property. This individual's presence is solely for the purpose of maintaining the property's upkeep and assisting guests as needed, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and seamless. 🔴House Rules – Security Deposit, Damages & Conduct This property is covered under Airbnb’s AirCover for Hosts. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay. By booking, you agree that such costs may be claimed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center and charged to your payment method on file. 🔴Strictly prohibited: - Parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval. - Smoking inside the property. - Bringing pets without prior approval. - Unauthorized guests beyond the reservation.
