The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. In addition, a shared gym is available for your use. The holiday apartment features a private covered terrace. Guests also have access to 2 shared pools (one outdoor and one indoor). Pool hours and availability may change due to circumstances beyond the host's control. A parking space is available in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. All guests must be 22 years of age or older. Youth groups are not allowed.
