Our house is located within in walking distance to many facilities such as pool, mini golf, restaurants, shops, bars. We are 5minute drive to the local beach. The pool is a separate facility The pool is under separate ownership to the property and additional fees apply to enter the waterpark. The local community pool is approx 10mins drive - enter Polideportivo San Fulgencio Alicante into google maps for directions. Entrance fee ranges from 1euro to 2.5euro
As per Spanish Law according to the Organic Law of Protection of Public Safety of March 30, 2015, we must register the entry of your guests. Photo ID is required upon booking of all adults aged 14yrs+ This can be passport, driver licence or other government photo ID. As soon as photo ID is received, your booking will be finalised and check in details provided. To avoid delays with check in details / updates on your booking please provide photo ID of all guests as soon as possible so we can register your stay and provide check in details.. Pool is located within 1 minutes walk from the property, entry to the pool is an additional charge. The pool is under separate ownership to the property.
