Cozy 24 m² studio with a nautical style, fully renovated with lots of love. Perfect for 2 or 3 people. It features a 135 cm bed, a 120 x 196 cm sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children), washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, and code access. Quiet area, just 10 minutes from the center and close to the Calvario viewpoint. Well-behaved, quiet pets are welcome. A seaside hideaway, far from the noise, in a charming fishing neighborhood.
I’m a girl born and raised in Santa Pola, and my soul is deeply connected to the sea. I work in water sports, was once a professional athlete, and have had the chance to travel all over the world. In this little studio, I’ve left a piece of myself—shaped by the sea that has always been part of my life. Its name comes from a magical being that lives in the Mediterranean waters, symbolizing cleansing, renewal, and a deep connection with nature. The Mediterranean nautical style reflects the true essence of Santa Pola, and the legacy of my grandparents and ancestors. I hope you enjoy this space as much as I enjoyed creating it, and that you feel all the love and care I’ve poured into it.
The accommodation is located in a traditional neighborhood, still home to lifelong locals. It’s the only area that has preserved the true essence of Santa Pola, untouched by tourism. The houses were built in the 1970s and still retain their original charm. Right in front, there’s a plaza that remains just as it was, and nearby, the Calvario viewpoint offers breathtaking views of the town and magical sunsets. There are several parks around and a great spot nearby to walk and play with your dog. The local bar and supermarket feel frozen in time. This neighborhood feels like a hidden time capsule where you can experience the real spirit of Santa Pola and enjoy total peace, far from the tourist rush, as if time simply stood still.
