La Rectoral Arriondas is a charming, fully equipped rural house, carefully designed and thoughtfully prepared to offer both comfort and charm. Perfect for enjoying time with family or friends, the house features a wonderful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and a beautiful garden, creating an idyllic setting to relax and enjoy nature. It also offers a private parking area for added convenience. La Rectoral Arriondas is distributed across several carefully arranged spaces, offering the warmth and comfort of your own home. The common areas on the ground floor provide a cosy atmosphere, from the relaxing living room where you can unwind and enjoy watching TV, to the spacious dining room that invites all guests to gather together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals. In addition, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this floor for extra convenience. The middle floor features three cosy bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with three single beds, along with a full bathroom located in the hallway. On the top floor, you will find another bedroom with two single beds, a toilet, and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.
