The Large Marbella Del Mar apartment, located in Marbella, offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. This renovated 165 m², fully furnished home is set in a charming complex with direct access to the promenade and the beach. Enjoy a peaceful environment, perfect for families and groups of friends, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The spacious living room opens onto a southeast-facing balcony overlooking the fishing port and the beach, creating a relaxing atmosphere ideal for gathering. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Two other bedrooms, each with a single bed, have their own balcony. Every room features individual air conditioning and heating. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar opens to a modern, comfortable living/dining area. You’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, air conditioning, and a reading nook. The shared outdoor area includes two fenced pools (for adults and children) open from Easter to October 1st, set in lush tropical gardens. The building has an elevator for step-free access. A private, secure parking space with direct access to the apartment is included. An airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra fee. On request, a baby cot and high chair with utensils are provided free of charge. Late check-in from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. is available for an extra fee.
