Las palmeras is a completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment within walking distance from the beach and old town Marbella. The apartment is hotel chic furnished, it has a king size box spring and comfortable fold-out lounge sofa. The bedroom has plenty of storage space through fitted wardrobes and has two safes. In the living room there is a nice dining area with 4 chairs, which can also be used as a workspace. The kitchen is also fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, sandwich maker, and a Nespresso machine. There is also a internet connection, and a 108cm flat screen tv. The apartment has two terraces completely furnished with comfortable chairs and table. The balcony on the front side has sea views the other terrace has mountain view. The complex has a community swimming pool with sunbeds, and its own closed private parking space. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Our check-in host will be there to welcome you during check-in hours: – Check-in is between 11:00 and 14:30 – Check-out is no later than 09:30 on the day of departure 💶 Deposit & Cleaning Fee To keep things running smoothly, we ask for a deposit and a final cleaning fee paid before arrival. At the moment the swimming pool is renovated and closed till end may.

Las Palmeras is within walking distance of the beautiful historic old town of Marbella (Casco Antiguo). This centre has all cobbled streets, lots of flower boxes and small squares with a rich history. The heart of the old town is Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange Square), where orange trees decorate the square and is surrounded by traditional restaurants, boutiques and terraces. Just a 5 minute drive away is Marbella's most luxurious marina, Puerto Banus. The marina is known for its impressive collection of luxury yachts, high-end boutiques, chic restaurants and nightclubs. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity of several prestigious golf clubs. Within walking distance of Las Palmeras is Playa de Venus, one of Marbella's most popular beaches and located on the Boulevard Paseo Maritimo. The beach has fine golden sand and clear water, and is ideal for families and tourists who want to relax. Along the promenade there are many traditional restaurants and shops.
