Beautiful newly renovated family holiday home in Nueva Andalucia set in exclusive small urbanisation of just 18 houses overlooking the exclusive Aloha golf course and mountains. The house has a spacious south facing secluded terrace with access to the shared tropical gardens and shared swimming pool. The terrace has a dining table for 6 people , a BBQ, sofa and day bed. There is a south facing balcony off the master bedroom which has fabulous views over the golf course, mountains and swimming pool. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with walk in showers , and has its own private courtyard entrance. There is a shared tennis court in the grounds and you will have a private parking space. The beaches and mountains are a short drive or taxi and there are local shops and restaurants just 1.5 km away. The house sleeps 6 , the master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a king bed , and bedroom 3 which is downstairs has 2 x single beds. It is suitable for families . Please note the house is not suitable for and does not accept bookings for groups of single people and parties are not allowed . The minimum check in age is 30 except children checking in as part of a family group .

Beautiful and quiet area overlooking the exclusive Aloha golf course , there are restaurants and a supermarket 1.5km away (5 minute drive or 25 minute walk) Puerto Banus costs around 8 euros in an uber and Marbella centre, and beaches are approximately 3km away. There is free parking for one car on site, taxis and uber cost around 8 euros to get to the beach and Marbella
