What was once a commercial ground floor has been transformed into a bright loft-style apartment with spacious rooms and an industrial, alternative touch. Completely renovated in 2022, it offers a strategic location for your adventures in eastern Asturias. With its 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, it is the perfect place to spend a few days with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, and microwave with grill. Among other amenities, the apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, a capsule coffee machine, a courtesy bottle of water, board games, and 3 SmartTVs.
The apartment is located next to the Peruyal neighborhood, the oldest area in the town, a quiet zone with cider houses featuring terraces and playgrounds for the little ones. Just a few meters away, there are active tourism companies where you can book the Sella River descent as well as other typical activities in the area: quad bike tours, horseback riding, adventure parks... Right next to the apartment, you will find a large free outdoor parking area.
