Spacious and newly-renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom duplex on the 2nd floor of Block A in the Skol Building, with excellent sea views and top-quality materials. This property has amazing views over the sea, community pools, and gardens, surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is almost completely new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room. 🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of 3 euros per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis. 🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals. ☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens. 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price. 🚗 If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building,

A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo Marítimo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms.
