e bought this villa because we absolutely fell in love with the panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. It is a fantastic, quiet place to clear your head, unplug, or enjoy a peaceful family holiday with a wonderful view. We want our guests to feel completely at home here and enjoy the authentic Andalusian vibe. Please carefully review our property conditions and house rules before making a reservation. For the pool and jacuzzi, please note that pool heating and jacuzzi access are optional features that are available upon request. If you would like to use them, please contact us before arrival so we can arrange everything and prepare the water for you. Guests are responsible for maintaining water cleanliness. Please also note that the swimming pool has a depth of 160 cm and does not have a lifeguard. For safety reasons, children and non-swimmers must always be under strict adult supervision. Jumping or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that the villa is built on a steep hillside across three separate levels. There are quite a few stairs throughout the house and the garden down to the pool area. Because of this layout, the property is honestly NOT suitable for guests with reduced mobility or anyone who struggles with stairs. When it comes to location and transport, the beach and local restaurants are a short walk away, but the return walk to the villa is entirely uphill. For your own comfort, we STRONGLY recommend renting a car during your stay. The inside of the house is 100% NON SMOKING. As we are located in a very quiet residential area, we enforce a strict peace policy. Parties, commercial events, stag or hen parties, and loud music are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Our tourist license allows a maximum of six guests and NO outside visitors are allowed. One external security camera is installed outside, monitoring the main entrance door area only.

Almuñécar is a great, historic Spanish town with a wonderful local atmosphere. Unlike some over-commercialised resort towns, it keeps its authentic charm. It features nice beaches, an ancient castle, and plenty of fantastic local tapas bars and restaurants. The house itself is located up in a quiet residential area on the hill (Los Pinos), so you get the perfect combination of peace, quiet, and privacy, while still being able to drive down to the beach, shops, and supermarkets in just a few minutes. Our location is also a very convenient base if you want to explore more of Andalusia: – Granada & Malaga: Both cities are approximately a 1-hour drive, making them perfect for day trips to see the famous Alhambra or the Picasso Museum. – Sierra Nevada: The ski resort is about 100 km away (a 1-hour and 25-minute drive). From November to April, it's actually possible to enjoy skiing in the mountains in the morning and relax by the sunny sea in the afternoon. – Outdoor Activities: The surrounding area is fantastic for hiking, cycling, and all kinds of water sports, such as kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) along the coast.
