Luxury one bedroom apartment with exceptional beachfront position, located in a gated community in Riviera del Sol. Great sea view from terrace and direct access onto boardwalk. Well maintained gardens and large swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas. Also includes paddle tennis and full tennis court. Recently refurbished one bedroom apartment on the second floor (with lift), has a queen size bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Large walk-in bathroom with rainforest shower, fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need.

You will be just seconds from the fabulous Max Beach Restaurant & Beach Club, which is also home to one of the best fitness centres on the Costa del Sol. Minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and beach bars. Five minutes walk along the boardwalk from the stunning El Oceano Bar & Restaurant and a short walk to the quaint fishing village of La Cala de Mijas. Less than 5 minutes away from 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy. There is a bus stop out front of the apartment and also free private secure parking.
