A modern elegant villa with spacious bedrooms, a private pool and a garden. The villa is located in a gated community with 24-hour security just 10 minutes drive to the beach and 20 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona. Parque Botánico Resort & Country club offers an indoor heated pool with jacuzzi, an outside pool, gardens, a tennis court, a bar and a private parking area free of charge. The villa is fully furnished with brand-new equipment and is suitable for families with children.
The villa is located in Benahavis area, in the midst of the mountainous forest area, it is surrounded by nature and offers a lot of privacy in a quiet respectful neighborhood.
