The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities to make our guests feel at home. It has Nestlé automatic coffee machine, as well as netflix and central air conditioning throughout the house. You can also make use of the folding chairs for the beach as well as the umbrellas that you will find in the apartment. The building has a doorman from Monday to Friday and for any type of emergency (which resides in the same building) The building has a garden area with several showers as well as an indoor parking, being quite accessible and free parking in the area. The apartment is 1 minute from the tram stop as well as the bus that will take you to other areas of Alicante with a lot of comfort. The area is surrounded by magnificent restaurants as well as one of the best chiringuitos in the area located just 5 minutes from the apartment, where you can enjoy the magic of Alicante on summer nights.
I am a happy and family person. I like to enjoy with family and friends.
The apartment is surrounded by restaurants and shops as well as public transport (train or bus) at the door of the apartment. Also you will have pharmacy, supermarkets and hairdressers a few meters away.
