The Luxury Apartment Plus Ultra is located in the building called Corral del Conde, which is very expressive of Sevillian popular architecture of the 16th century, of Andalusian origin. It is located in Santiago street no. 27, in the historic center. At present, according to Royal Decree 3024/1979, it has the status of HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC MONUMENT OF NATIONAL CHARACTER. The apartment, recently renovated, is considered to be the most luxurious of Corral del Conde. In its architecture, elaborated with noble materials, the walls with Sevillian copper tiles with multiple geometric shapes predominate, arch and gold moldings, Venetian stucco and marbles. It rescues a piece of Andalusian history and glamor from more than 500 years ago, blending it with the comforts of today and new technologies. The house itself is a little gem full of comfort and details that makes it a place of reference for elite visitors looking for a special place to relax, meditate and enjoy. It has a wonderful central courtyard paved with wooden galleries, an old laundry room that today functions as a fountain and a private chapel, all surrounded by various ornamental plants that you can admire.
